DELIVERY

We endeavour to despatch all orders received before midday on the same working day using a reputable nationwide courier.

Delivery prices are shown in the shopping basket.

FREE DELIVERY - ORDERS OVER £75 *

* excludes some regions due to courier surcharges

England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Offshore):

• Small items are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked 24 delivery service.
• Roof racks are sent using a next working day delivery service with a reputable courier.
• Larger bulky orders including roof boxes and some cycle carriers will be despatched using a 2-3 working day delivery service (not including weekends/bank holidays)

Note: delivery timescales cannot be 100% guaranteed as delays can happen with couriers due to unavoidable issues such as road congestion. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays that arise due to issues that are outside of our control. 

STOCK LEVELS

We stock a huge range of THULE products all year round. Occasionally a specific product or colour may be unavailable due to delays in production from the manufacturers. We will always advise you of any delay before processing your order.

NATIONWIDE CLICK & COLLECT

We offer a free click and collect service from any of our nationwide stores. Select collection during the checkout process, there is no cost associated with collections.
