Both side of the Roof Box come with Thule's SlideLock system, which has separate locking and opening functions. This allows the box to automatically lock the lid in place and indicates when the box is closed securely.

Thule, have given the Motion 3 - XL its PowerClick easy mounting system that includes an integrated torque indicator which lets you know with a 'Click' when the box is properly mounted. These fittings drop through the inside of the box around your roof rack bars via a sliding track, which also lets you find the ideal location on your bars to enable boot access.
