Compact Two Person All Season Roof Tent

The Thule Tepui Foothill Rooftop Tent is suitable for use on a  Car or Van and is compact when folded so it can leave enough space for bikes, kayaks and other cargo on your roof rack. When unfolded it provides all year round accomodation for two adults. Weather-resistant and durable main tent fabric withstands harsh weather conditions and is breathable to reduce condensation build-up inside the tent.

The folded width is just 61 cm which is half the size of most rooftop tents on the market! The folded profile is low too - it sits just 24 cm above the roof rack making it surprisingly aerodynamic. This shape means it takes up less space when stored at home off the car too. 

 The tent can easily be set up by one person - the access ladder is bolted on to the edge of the tent and stowed on top of it. Just unlatch the ladder and use it to unfold the tent then lock the ladder in place, climb aboard and deploy the telescopic poles. That is it up and ready! 

You can roll the outer window covers back to let the light in and in fine weather you can roll the roof window covers back too!  All windows have an insect resistent mesh screen that can be unzipped and rolled back to reveal the clear view of the outside world and let the sun shine in. There are two large 'skylight' windows in the roof which are ideal for star gazing or you can open them and stand up to check out the surf or get a better look at the views all around you. If you are using the all weather over cover you can quickly set up struts to hold the window covers open, these offer some shade and will deflect gentle rain while still letting a good amount of light in.

Internally there are hooking points for lights or other items and there are mesh storage pockets too. Supplied with a plush, low profile 4-cm foam mattress with removable, machine-washable cover - an additional comfort mattress can be purchased separately.
