Delivery Information

We aim to despatch orders placed before 12 noon on the same working day, wherever possible. Orders are sent using Royal Mail or a reputable nationwide courier, depending on the size and type of products ordered.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed in your shopping basket before checkout.

FREE DELIVERY ON MOST ORDERS OVER £150 *

We offer free delivery on most orders over £150 to standard UK mainland delivery areas.
Some regions are excluded due to additional courier surcharges.

Roof boxes and cargo boxes: Due to their size, free delivery is not available on these products. We offer a subsidised delivery rate to keep the delivery cost as low as possible.

Delivery Timescales

We aim to despatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Courier delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather, traffic disruption and other transport issues.

If you need your order for a specific date or trip, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Offshore)

• Small items: Royal Mail Tracked 24
• Roof racks: Normally sent using a next working day courier service
• Roof boxes and other bulky items: Normally sent using a 2–4 working day delivery service

Scotland - Highlands

• Small items: Royal Mail Tracked 24
  
• Roof racks: Normally delivered within 2–5 working days
  
• Roof boxes and other bulky items: Sent using a specialist freight service and normally delivered within 1–2 weeks

Scotland - Offshore

• Small items can be sent using Royal Mail.
• Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer our standard delivery service for larger items to offshore addresses.
• Please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to find a suitable delivery solution

Channel Islands

• Small items: Sent using Royal Mail
  
• Roof racks: Normally delivered within 2–5 working days
  
• Roof boxes and other bulky items: Sent using an island freight service for collection from the nearest port in Jersey or Guernsey
• Please contact us before ordering larger items for the Channel Islands so we can confirm the available delivery options and timescales.

STOCK LEVELS

We stock a large range of Thule products throughout the year. Occasionally, a particular product or colour may be temporarily unavailable due to manufacturer or supply delays.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

NATIONWIDE CLICK & COLLECT

We offer free Click & Collect from our nationwide stores. Simply select collection during checkout where available. There is no charge for collecting your order.
